An increasingly popular means of re-uniting owners with their pets if lost is through I.D. Microchipping. At Cuts 4 Mutts I offer this service using the accredited ‘Pet-ID’ system. The Pet-ID's system incorporates an implantable RFID transponder (microchip), which has a unique number programmed into its memory.

The microchip is implanted into an animal, usually under

the skin between the shoulder blades in a dog or cat, and the owners details together with information about the animal is logged onto the central database.
